How to find your measurements:

Bust

To find your bust measurement, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level with the floor. This is typically in line with the nipples and should be measured while wearing an unpadded bra or no bra. A mirror or a helping hand will ensure accuracy.

Waist

Locate your natural waist by gently bending side to side—the soft crease that forms is where your waist sits, often just above the belly button. Wrap the tape around this point, keeping it snug but not tight.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor for the most accurate reading.
