Shipping
All orders from Miss Louise are shipped worldwide from our studio in Canada.
We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping so you can enjoy your heirloom pieces wherever you are. Below are the estimated delivery times based on our shipping guidelines.
Within Canada

Please Keep in mind these are estimated shipping times provided by Canada Post and do not include order processing time (1–3 business days). Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or local holidays beyond our control. Remote areas or rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.
All shipments come with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Returns
We truly hope you love your Miss Louise piece, but if it’s not quite right, items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Kindly note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. Any loss in value due to damage or wear will be deducted from your refund. Items MUST include a return form, please find the return form here.
The return should be sent to the same address listed on your original package. To begin a return reach out to us so we can assist you and ensure a smooth return process.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Hoodies and custom printed items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customs & Import Fees
If you’re ordering from outside Canada, please be aware that your country may apply customs duties or import taxes, and these are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any delays or charges that occur at customs. When we say “taxes included,” this refers only to Canadian domestic taxes. International customers may still be subject to additional fees from their own country’s customs office, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.
